The first representative indoor hockey trials were held last Sunday. If you were unable to attend, you can still nominate and attend our next, and final, trial on 18 September. There will only be one more trial due to the school holidays.
Information about nominating is below, together with dates of the championships. If you would like to trial in more than one age group, please nominate for both age groups.
We are still accepting nominations for players and officials, including umpires, coaches and managers.
The second and final trials will be on Sunday 18 September at Port Hacking High School, Miranda at the following times:
- U13 boys and girls – 3.30 – 4.30
- U15 boys and girls 4.30 – 5.30
- U18/Open ladies and men 5.30 – 7.00
If you have not yet nominated, but would like to do so, please get your nominations in asap. There is no cost to trial.

NOTE
- Coaches, assistant coaches, managers and umpires will be reimbursed for travel and accommodation with the amount to be decided upon.
- Umpires will be paid with the amount to be finalised.
- A player assessment to be done for each trial.
- Selections will be conducted in accordance with the Association’s selection policy

- Essential requirement for selection will be 50% of all trials. To give yourself a better chance in selections 100% is recommended.
- Teams will not travel or stay together.
- If you don’t trial in your own age you will not be considered for the age above.
- The Association will not look favourably upon applications for exemption to play for other associations if you do not trial in your own age group for Sydney South.

- Masters Men – 3 – 5 February, Goulburn
- Masters Women – 10 – 12 February, Goulburn
